I cannot meet women. Something stops me
Q - I go out with my friends a couple of nights every week and each time I
see many women. They all look very beautiful to me. I always say to
myself: ok, now I go there, I say 'Hi' and ask her 'what's your name?'.
As you can guess, I've never had the nerve to do or say anything. Why?
The fear to be ridiculed before my friends and other people. Will I
ever overcome this problem?
A - Sure you will. The fact that you go out
every week is a good thing, each time is a new chance you have to reach
your goal. You just need to be able to make the most out of these
chances. How? Don’t throw yourself on the battlefield, good chances are
you will get hit.
Study the 'enemy', try to find the weaker spots in her defence. In
other words, look for women that will welcome your approach. By reading
their body language, you can understand your chances of success. Once
you have found a woman you like and that has sent positive nonverbal
signals, your fears will disappear because you know you won't be
rejected.
