my courtship technique. what's wrong with it?

Q
- My technique is very simple. I move next to my target, I wait for her
to look at me and then I start a conversation. Sometimes it works but
most of the times it’s a failure. What do I do wrong?

A - First, you should move next to your ‘target’ only after, watching her
signals, you are pretty sure she is in the right state of mind for
being approached. This saves you a lot of headaches. Why would you
approach a person that doesn’t want to be approached? Once you get the
right signals, you can proceed by moving next to her, possibly
positioning yourself by her side. If she acknowledges your approach by
looking at you or smiling, then you can start the conversation.
