women never take the first step

Q - Why do men always have to take the first step? Women never do it, even
when they like us. I would like they could be more open, at least
sometimes.

A - Women, differently from what many men
think, take the first step. The fact is that their actions are not as
visible as those taken by men. Effectively, they rarely cross the room,
come next to the man and start a conversation. This is our duty. What
women do is to let men know they can cross the room, move next to them
and start the conversation.

Someone could say that women's duty is not so hard and that
everything stands on men's shoulders. In reality, women give us the
green light so we can proceed. If it wouldn't happen, any of our
attempt would be useless. This is why many approaches fail. Men don't
make sure, by reading women's signals, if the light is green or red
and, punctually, they start the race when the red light is on.
